At PowerNex Nutrition, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We strive to ensure that you always receive high-quality, authentic products. This Return & Refund Policy explains when and how returns, refunds, and cancellations are processed.

1. Product Eligibility for Return

Products are eligible for return within 7 days of the delivery date if they meet the following conditions:

1. In original packaging
2. Unused and unopened
3. Sealed with all original tags & labels intact

2. Special Return Cases

For the following cases, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with an unboxing video of the packaging and product:

1. Wrong item delivered
2. Damaged product inside the box (but shipping box intact)
3. Missing item(s) from the order

Recommendation: Always record an Unboxing Video as evidence for faster resolution.

In these cases, the regular 7-day return policy will not be applicable without the required evidence.

3. Cases Not Eligible for Return

1. Opened or used products
2. Complaints about taste, health effects, etc. (We recommend consulting a nutritionist or the brand directly)
3. Products with tampered scratch codes, batch numbers, or serial numbers
4. Freebie items given without the purchased product

4. Authenticity Guarantee

At PowerNex Nutrition, we do not work with any third-party sellers. All products are stocked, verified, and shipped directly from our own warehouse. We are the official and authorised distributor/seller for most of the brands we carry, ensuring 100% authenticity.

If you wish to verify product authenticity, you may contact the brand directly with product images and batch numbers.

5. Return Request Process

How to Initiate a Return

Email us at PowerNexnutrition@gmail.com with your order details and the reason for return.

Note: Returns can only be initiated once per order. Approval of return requests is at our sole discretion.

Return Steps

1. Once approved, we will arrange a courier partner to pick up your product.
2. You will receive packaging and handover instructions.
3. Ensure the product is securely packed to avoid damage during transit.

6. Refund Process

After receiving and inspecting the returned product:

1. Refunds will be processed within 3 business days.
2. Refunds will be issued as store credits or coupon codes for future purchases.
3. Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

7. Order & Delivery Issues

Order Marked as Delivered But Not Received

If your order is marked as delivered but you have not received it, inform us within 2 days of the delivery notification. We will coordinate with the courier company to resolve the issue.

8. Payment Options

We accept:

1. Prepaid: Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, UPI, Digital Wallets
2. Cash on Delivery (COD): Cash or digital payment at delivery (subject to serviceability)

Note:

1. Products marked as LIMITED are not eligible for COD and require prepayment.
2. A non-refundable advance payment may be requested for certain high-value or limited items.

9. Payment Security

We do not store your card, UPI, or bank details. Payments are securely processed through trusted payment gateway partners.

10. Order Cancellations

1. Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped.
2. If cancelled after shipping, the customer will bear both forward and return courier charges.
3. Refunds for cancellations will be issued as store credits or coupon codes valid for 1 year.

11. Shipping Timelines

1. Orders are dispatched within 1-2 business day of confirmation.
2. Delivery timelines:
3. Gujarat : 1–3 business days
4. Rest of India: 5–7 business days
5. Delays may occur due to weather, courier issues, or incorrect customer details.

12. Order Tracking

You will receive an SMS/email with your tracking link within 24 business hours of order placement.

13. Shipping Partners

We work with trusted courier companies such as Blue Dart, Delhivery, DTDC, Ekart, and Ecom Express to service over 20,000+ Pincodes in India.

14. Delivery Charges

1. Prepaid Orders: Free shipping
2. COD Orders: ₹99 flat charge (includes courier handling fees)

15. International Shipping

We currently ship only within India.
